Nokia launching Lumia 800 4G on AT&T in January
The launch of Nokia’s first Windows Phones in Europe is now just days
away. The UK has been flooded with marketing for the company’s new
devices and in France, pre-orders for the Lumia 800 have topped the
charts. But eyes around the world have looked on in envy, waiting for
firm news of when the phones will arrive in new markets.
For those in the United States, the wait may soon be over as it appears that the company will be making its return to America with the launch of its Windows Phones at the Consumer Electronics Show in January.
WinRumors
reports that Nokia is in discussions with multiple carriers in the US,
but that they will launch the Lumia 800 on AT&T ahead of other
operators. Citing ‘sources familiar with Microsoft’s plans,’ the site
also states that Nokia’s first Windows Phone will be LTE-compatible.
The Verge claims that this is the reason that Nokia held back its US launch - the collaboration with AT&T to ensure that it could launch with a 4G device was deemed a sufficiently high priority to warrant the delay. The site also speculates that the Lumia 800 4G might launch with the next version of Windows Phone, codenamed ‘Tango’, although given the timeframes in question, it seems more likely that it will launch with a variant of Mango, tweaked to include LTE support.
So start saving up those dollars... If Windows Phone is your thing, this is one handset you're probably going to want to get your paws on. If you're on the lookout for something a bit bigger though, don't forget that the HTC TITAN, with its enormous 4.7" display, will be arriving on AT&T on November 20.

Exclusive : Nokia Champagne is coming to AT&T, Tango confirmed
Nokia Champagne was leaked earlier today.
It was said to run Windows Phone Tango – the next iteration of Windows
phone OS. Thanks to Scott we managed to get some details about the
device. It is now confirmed that Nokia Champagne runs OS version
7.10.8711 which is a build of Tango as confirmed by i’mWP7 app
screenshot.
As you may have already noticed, the phone was being tested on AT&T network. According to the latest rumors Nokia
is reportedly going to launch Lumia 800 in US on AT&T’s 4G network
in 2012. Like pieces of jigsaw, these rumors fit together and we can
safely draw the conclusion that Nokia Champagne might be an AT&T
branded Lumia 800 with LTE goodness.

Nokia 900 Windows Phone “discovered” at Nokia RDA office in Finland!
Folks over Wmpoweruser has posted a video, in which a Nokia Developer discovered unannounced “Nokia 900 Windows Phone” over Bluetooth while searching at Nokia Remote Device Access , Video after break.
Again, we are not sure about this discovery. As it may be possible that some one might have renamed the Bluetooth name of any Symbian phone to Nokia 900 Windows Phone.

Nokia now shipping 700 and 701 to retailers, all our Symbian Belle are belong to us
The above tweet says it all, folks -- the Nokia 700 and 701, two of the three Symbian Belle devices promised for a Q3 release last month,
are shipping out to various retailers in just enough time to hit the
deadline. As with many 140-character messages, it leaves us in wont for
more information; we suppose, though, that most of the finer details
were already given to us at the devices' unveiling, and now it's just up
to the individual retailers to provide any missing pieces (if any) that
remain. All that's left to do is decide on a suitable outlet, right?
Overclock ARM11 CPU On Symbian^3 Nokia N8/C7/E7
Before overclocking the Nokia n8 processor you should read the list below:
1)Overclocking
will reduce the life span of your mobile phone,The more the cpu speed
is increased the more you will reduce the life of it.
3)If
you do overclock it the battery life will drain more quickly,so you got
to charge it more often. This is because the cpu needs more power to run
and it takes it all from the battery pack.
4)If
you overclock the cpu more than 2000 mhz then your device will freeze
up and fail to start up and crash.Sometimes it will not boot up,but i
overclocked my n8 to 2000 mhz with no problem at all.
Instructions on how to successfully overclock the Nokia n8
1)Make sure that the Nokia n8 battery is fully charged before going through the overclocking process.
2)Download
the file called Mr cpu wizard and extract it to your desktop and copy
the boot file into your memory cards root folder.
3)Once
that is sorted, download another piece of software called Maemo
Flasher.Once you got that software copy that as well into the root
folder on the memory card. Then run it and install it and wait for it to
be installed on to your device.
4)Then copy Mr cpu wizard application into the root folder and rename the app to 2000mhz kernal and save it.
5)Next
is to turn off the mobile phone and take out the battery and wait for
45 seconds minimum at least. Then place the battery back in and switch on
the phone. It should boot into a cpu bios screen that displays all kinds
of information about your Nokia n8 cpu status just like in the image
below:
6)Change the frequency of the cpu to 2000 mhz by entering 2000 on the touchscreen keyboard that will appear when you select this option.Once you have done that take the battery out and but in back in and a message will appear on the screen and it will say Mr cpu wizard enabled turn off device to save into bios. Then turn off power to the device, then back on and you are running 2 ghz of pc power!
